Martin Yelling (PhD) is one of the UK’s most respected endurance sports coaches and influencers within running. He works with brands, organisations, and events helping them understand their markets and how to reach them. He coaches teams and individuals towards successful outcomes and helps them plan their progress. He has worked with elite sports teams and recreational participants.
Over her 14 year career in performance nutrition Alex has worked alongside well known leading sports brands, written for leading running magazines and works daily with athletes of all levels to help them optimise their sporting potential through nutrition.
I’ve been involved in triathlon for over 20 years – 12 years as an athlete and now over 8 years coaching. I was coached by Trisutto.com Head Coach Brett Sutton for the last 4 years of my career. In that time I won medals at World and European Championships and also raced on the World Half Marathon team for GB. My career was diverse as I competed in duathlon, long and short course, triathlon, Olympic distance up to half-Ironman, and I also competed for Great Britain as a runner.
As a personal trainer, Tristan is an expert has specialised in providing detailed strength and body sculpting programmes. Tristan, who has a background in combat provides detailed gym plans for anyone who wants to shape up, get strong and empower themselves through fitness.
Content Strategist and running expert
Fiona, Amplify’s Content Strategist, is a qualified journalist and PR expert, a running coach and Level 3 personal trainer. She’s edited running magazines and websites and she loves to run! Between 2009 and 2013 she ran five marathons within the time range of 3.09-3.13, and of the 20 marathons she’s completed she has run a total 10 under 3.30.

Kim is an award-winning personal trainer, a keynote motivational speaker, a regular writer, brand ambassador and charity fundraiser. She’s worked with Strictly Come Dancing competitors and Team GB athletes. Kim gives people the tools, coaching and commitment to achieve their dreams with courage and self-belief in fitness, well-being and life.
